Can I return my order?

All Sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not excepted. If you receive a damaged product please send us a message or email. 

Where and when can I pickup my order when choosing local pickup?

We offer local pickup in Tarkio, Missouri. When checking out choose local pickup at checkout. After your order has been placed you will receive an email with instructions on when and where to pickup your order. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate fee of $4. You will automatically receive free shipping when spending over $50.

If my jewelry breaks, do you offer repairs/replacements?

We are so sorry to hear this! Please send us a message with a picture of your broken jewelry and we will make arrangements to get it fixed.

What kind of hardware do you use?

All of our hardware is hypoallergenic which are great for sensitive ears!
